Our annual Memorial Day picnic will be held at Anneburg Park, off of Anderson Avenue, on Monday, May 27. We have reserved the shelter in the back of the park from 11:00am through 3:00pm. Bring along meat for your family (grills will be available), and a side dish and drinks to share. There is a sign up list on the hall bulletin board for those attending and what they plan to bring. Anneburg Park has a small lake, ball fields, and trails for walking and bike riding. There is also a fenced playground, a nine hole golf course, miniature golf, and batting cages available for a fee. Bring along your favorite sports equipment and/or table games.

Our Proteen Award Program will take place Sunday, May 26, during the evening service. We are thankful for our teens and their hard work throughout the past year!

We invite the church family to celebrate with us as Matthew finishes high school. We will have a ceremony followed by a reception after the evening service on June 2.

The Marshalls have formed a team to participate in this year's American Cancer Society's Relay for Life on June 14. This is in remembrance of loved ones lost to cancer and to honor those battling the disease. If you would like to help by joining their team, participating in a bake sale, or giving donations, please talk with Debbie. Check the hall bulletin board for more information.

Challenge Christian Camp - June 24-28!!
Camp brochures are available on the back table. Camp is available for young people going into 4th grade through 12th grade. Early registration gives you a $10.00 discount off of the camp fee. Please turn in your registration to Anne by May 29th.

From time to time we receive letters from other churches who
are remembering our ministry in prayer. This has been a
blessing and encouragement to us. Therefore, we thought it would be good for our church to pray for other pastors and
their ministries. This week please pray for Westgate Baptist Church and Pastor Bill Bethea as he leads the ministry there in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
